How's your Friday looking? Had any CRAVINGS? Feeling like you need a boost to uplift your evening? I love making ( and eating!) ENERGY balls on the days I work out . Especially after playing badminton, one of my favourite sports! 

Here is a quick recipe to keep you energised and satisfied. Simply blend together and then roll: 


🔅half a cup almonds- high in proteins (try soaking before to increase absorption) 
🔅half a cup cup soft medjool dates- great alternative to refined sugar and zero fat 
🔅2 Tbps raw
